Katie Anderson, MSW is a mental health professional who manages the clinical intake operations at Children’s Advocacy Services. Ms. Anderson received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate education, she focused on increasing her knowledge about childhood trauma, the child welfare system, and the multidisciplinary approach to responding to abuse and neglect. In her position at Children’s Advocacy Services, Ms. Anderson helps caregivers and providers navigate the clinical intake process. She coordinates individual and group therapy services and collaborates with a network of local child-serving providers in an effort to efficiently link children and families to services.
